Here is well-illustrated step-by-step CROCHET PATTERN written in English, using US crochet terminology. Contains additonal videos of the process.
The main tutorial is made for the BLUE cnadle and there are additional instructions for the STRIPED one
SIZE:
9.0*4.0 cm
MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
1) YARN.
For the BLUE candle:
• Blue cotton yarn 100g – 210 mt (3,5 Oz – 230 yards) – about 20 g
• Orange, yellow, white, black for the flame(“Alize Cotton Gold” 100g – 330mt (55% cotton, 45% acrylic)) for the “flame” – about 3 g all together
For the STRIPED candle:
• White yarn (“Alize Cotton Gold”) – about 12 g
• Green yarn (“Alize Cotton Gold”) – about 8 g
• Orange, yellow, white, black for the flame(“Alize Cotton Gold”) for the “flame” – about 3 g all together
2) HOOK. I used 2.0 mm crochet hook
3) Polyester Fiberfil, wool, wadding etc. for STUFFING – about 5 g
4) A small piece of cardboard
5) Transparent thread
6) YARN NEEDLE, sewing PINS, SCISSORS, stitch MARKER
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Crocheting in spiral, crocheting in rows, chain, slip stitch, single, half double and double crochet stitch, increasing and decreasing of stitches, knowing what the right and wrong side is.
