Making a purchase
On Monoxatoys website there are two different shops – international shop for worldwide clients (in English) and inland shop for Estonian clients only (in Russian). The products in these two shops may vary. Make sure you choose items and check out only from the international shop.
Add products to your cart by pressing the “Add to Cart” button. Look carefully of what you pick, as some of the items are finished products and some are downloadable instructions.
You`re able to change the content of the Cart until you continue shopping. After entering your records, you can no longer make changes.
Shipping cost will be added to the orders that need delivery:
- 10 euros inside of European Union
- 15 euros outside of European Union
Downloadable products have no shipping cost.
Making a Payment
Payments via Bank Transfer (for European customers only)
This is an option only for European customers. Before you choose this I suggest you find out how much are the service charges for the payment. When making a bank transfer please make sure you mark it as “without charges to beneficiary”, which means you will pay all the service costs. Otherwise, I can not proceed with your order.
If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, Monoxatoys shop reserves the right to cancel the order and re-list the items.
Items will be shipped only for cleared payments.
Payments via PayPal (for customers inside and outside of Europe)
All prices in my international shop are in euros (EUR). Through PayPal you can buy wherever you are located in or whatever currency you use, because
– if you have a PayPal account, it will automatically convert the price to your own currency before you complete payment,
– if you don’t have a PayPal account and you pay by credit card instead, your bank will convert the price and charge you the appropriate amount in your own currency on your credit card bill. You will find a short tutorial of making a payment without having a PayPal account here.
Payments via Paysera (for these countries)
Delivery of Finished Products
Finished items are shipped from Estonia using priority airmail. The package will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the payment is cleared. It takes approximately 7-10 days inside Europe and 10-21 days outside Europe for packages to reach their destination.
You will receive a special code for tracking your order.
Please be aware that any international custom charges are your responsibility.
If for some reason it`s not possible to fill your order, you will be informed by email.
Delivery of Downloadable Products
Downloadable products are sent to you by email. You will receive an automatic link from where to download the pattern into your computer or any other device.
When checking out with PayPal the link will be sent instantly after the payment has been completed. When using the Bank Transfer the link will be sent in 48 hours after the payment has arrived at our bank account.
If you didn`t receive the download link, please check your junk folder.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me at [email protected] within 14 days after receiving the item. You can only return the products that are not used or damaged. You will get a full refund within 14 days if the item is sent back in the original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
There is no refund or exchange option for downloadable products.
User Licence of Downloadable Products
When purchasing a pattern you will have lifetime access to the file and all of it`s updated versions. However, for protecting the instructions from fraud or malicious act the access to the file is limited to 100 times of opening or downloading.
I recommend downloading the pattern into your computer or any other device. I also recommend making a copy of it onto a flash drive or CD for any future issues or losses.
Any problems with downloads and renewals of the access to the files will be solved by email.
There is no refund or exchange option for downloadable products.
